Mushroom time-thief Burger
Onions, and mushrooms in a DRY pan over medium heat for a long roast,until most of the water is removed.
Put apples and in oil pickled garlic with red wine or balsamic vinegar together and let it stay till the mushrooms are done. Mix it. The whole process can take a long time.
The minced is mixed with apple cider vinegar and smokeoil.
Put the mince in the bottom and cover it with the stuff, take it from the heat and let it stay for a while.
