Smoked rib`n roast


 Smoked Rib`n Rost

First of all the ingredients.
The roast was wrapped with a beer marinade over neight. The rib is rubbed with a BBQ pork rub.
I've brushed everything with a marinade. The beef with beer, apple juice, apple cieder vinegar , spices and worthchester. And th rib with apple juice and in the end a tomato-basedBBQ sauce.

 And of course, BBQ sauce. 
 

 Everything on the grill and after a few minutes.


And unfortunately (probably because I was blinded by starvation), I have made ​​no pictures and that I only noticed lat.

BBQ bacon Burger!

Only a small Post, for a small breakfast!

I put in the minced meat some fried bacon and salami in BBQ spices, with onions and garlic.

Chinese food

Those are from some time ago and the pictures are quite bad, sorry for that.

Anyway, we made a 5 course meal of some easy to cook Chinese dishes:

  • Chow Mein, noodles with green onions and bean sprouts
  • Chicken in a sauce of chives and lime juice
  • Cucumber salad
  • Green beans with hot pepper
  • Beef with green pepper and sesame

 

The salad is really easy to make. Just rice vinegar, sugar and salt. Topped with some sweet onions.

Chow Mein on top and the lemon chicken. Took less than ten minutes to make both of them.

I really wish I had a better picture of the beans, they where tasty! And I had to much sesame on the beef as well. Time to learn some food photography skillz!

 

Burger speziale

Made some nice dinner the other night; burgers with an (Italian) twist.

First, the ingredients:

 

Minced beef,

Uncooked Italian sausage,


Red onions, red bell pepper, garlic and diced Chorizo sausage that we fried first and then mixed together with the beef and the sausage.

Made some nice patty's and fried them on medium heat, put them on some buns and enjoyed them with some English bitter.

Tastes good!

 

Lumberjack smokebacon beens

So, a cherry-juniper smoke bacon bean stew.
Starting with an intensive four-hour smoking, and then onions, garlic, tomato, red beans, and
spices.

The beginning


1 Hour.


A lot of smoke.


A lot


4 Hours later.


Jummy.


Now only
cut into small pieces and fry with the onions.



So cuts
