Lumberjack smokebacon beens

So, a cherry-juniper smoke bacon bean stew.
Starting with an intensive four-hour smoking, and then onions, garlic, tomato, red beans, and
spices.

The beginning


1 Hour.


A lot of smoke.


A lot


4 Hours later.


Jummy.


Now only
cut into small pieces and fry with the onions.



So cuts
a lumberjack his meat.



And another 2 hours later.

Apple
cider vinegar, tomatos, ketshup, caraway seeds, paprika powder, salt, brown sugar,
water, worcesterchire.

  1. there was no possibility to buy beer, so I had no choice, I use water. I am ashamed, but the next time.
